Refund Policy

15-Day Return Window: You have 15 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

· Unworn, unused, and in the same condition as when received.

· With tags still attached and in the original packaging.

· Receipt or proof of purchase required.

How to Start a Return:

2. Return address will be provided, and you will be given return instructions.

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund.

Exchange Policy

To exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, follow these steps:

· Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order.

· You will be responsible for the return shipping fee of Rs. 200.

· Once your return is processed, you can place a new order for the desired item.

We recommend placing a new order after the return is processed to ensure you get the item you want

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your return has been approved or rejected.

If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
